The Auckland Rugby League is hosting an open info evening on Wednesday, August 11 for people interested in finding out more about the newly announced trade apprenticeship pathway opportunity.
It has been developed between Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities, Pasifika training and employment provider SENZ, and the Ministry of Social Development.
Auckland Rugby League announced it would be working alongside the three organisations last month, with the pathway on offer being free for participants and including ongoing support and guidance along the apprenticeship journey.
The info evening, which will be held on Wednesday, August 11 at the Otahuhu Rugby League Club (Bert Henham Park). To be eligible for this programme you must fit the NEETS criteria (not in employment, education or training) there are ways around this if you are looking to leave school in the near future or your current work place.
