The French Federation Rugby XIII has announced the calendar for men, women and wheelchair championships for 2021/22.

The men will kick off in October with nine clubs competing in the Elite Division. Last season’s champions, Lezignan will start the season at St Gaudens on the weekend of October 16/17 with the Grand Final scheduled for the last weekend in May 2022.

The Elite 2 Championship will also return after a break of over a year.

The Women’s Championship has been absent for almost two years due to COVID but will return in early December with a seven team championship which will conclude at the end of May.

Wheelchair Championship will feature six teams, starting in November and concluding alongside the other competitions, at the end of May.
