Hull KR halfback Ryan Brierley is on the radar of crosstown rivals Hull FC as they look to add pace to their backline.

Brierley, who joined the Robins from Toronto Wolfpack, at the end of 2019, is off-contract at the end of this year.

The playmaker has played in every game for Hull KR this season, scoring two tries and recording three try assists.

Hull FC are on the hunt for a halfback for 2021 with Albert Kelly to return to Australia at the end of the season.

Everything Rugby League understands the Black & Whites are interested in Brierley.

The halfback is an attacking threat with an impressive try-scoring per game ratio, notching 186 tries from 207 appearances.

He made his debut for Leigh Centurions in 2012.

The 28-year-old crossed 133 times for Leigh in the Championship before departing to join Super League side Huddersfield Giants.

The scrum-half bagged 15 tries in 26 games for Huddersfield.

In April of 2017 he signed with Toronto, where he scored 25 tries in 35 matches over two and a half seasons.

Brierley has also played five Tests for Scotland since making his international debut in 2016.
