Toulouse Olympique have confirmed that winger Paul Marcon has signed a new deal which will see him remain with the club until the end of the 2022 season.
Marcon has made 79 appearances since signing from Villeneuve in 2013 and crossed for an impressive 49 tries, including 13 in last year’s Betfred Championship.
The 25-year-old has featured for the French international side on a handful of occasions as well as representing his country in last year’s Downer World Cup 9s.
Paul Marcon said: “I am very happy to continue the adventure at Toulouse Olympique in this project towards the Super League.
“I look forward to returning to the Championship and showing the extent of our ambitions.”
Toulouse Olympique President, Bernard Sarrazain, said: “Paul is an example for the youngsters. He has worked hard to be an essential part of our squad today.
“I’m sure he can continue to go higher, and he is one of those that will represent Toulouse Olympique in the Super League.”
Marcon joins half-back Johnathon Ford, Joe Bretherton, Lloyd White and Junior Vaivai in extending their stays with the French club.
