The Bulldogs suffered their eighth loss in a row against a depleted Warriors outfit last week, while the Knights had a hard-fought win against the Sharks. Canterbury has all but secured the dreaded wooden spoon for the first time since 2008 and will be out to show new General Manager of Football Phil Gould why they deserve to be in the club’s future plans, whilst Newcastle will be looking to consolidate their top 8 position and feature in finals footy for the second year running.
