Thursday 24th September, 20:15, Super League Round 13, Halliwell Jones Stadium, Warrington, Castleford Tigers versus Huddersfield Giants Match Preview
Neither side was in action at the weekend given that both had exited the Challenge Cup in the sixth round. That rest would have been critical for Castleford who had endured four games in 15 days. Since lockdown, the Tigers have won just one game in six which, coincidentally, is the same record as Huddersfield. The Giants did, however, stem that five-game losing run with a 29-6 triumph over Wakefield.
Castleford Tigers
Sosaia Feki, Peter Mata’utia and Jake Trueman are out with injury for Castleford, but Jesse Sene-Lefo returns after the end of his two-week isolation period. Matt Cook could also be in line for his first appearance of the season whilst Gareth O’Brien is back after being cup-tied.
