Saturday, 29th of August, 3:00 PM, NRL Round 16, Scully Park, Tamworth, New Zealand Warriors versus Newcastle Knights Match Fixture
The Warriors head into this game after a solid second-half performance against the Bulldogs last week, which saw them come from behind and get the win. The Knights were far from impressive against the Cowboys but did enough to come away with the two points. After a decent run of form winning three of their past four matches, the Warriors are still an outside chance of playing finals football and need the win to keep their hopes alive. The Knights are sitting one point outside of the top four and will be aiming for victory to stay in touch with the Roosters and Raiders.

The last time these two teams met the Knights kindly embarrassed the Warriors 20-0, Previously, in earlier years and most recent form, 40 matches played between the Warriors and the Knights favour the Warriors winning 21, all other statistics suggest the Knights take care of business!
