With both sides coming off the back of defeats last weekend, neither Wigan nor Toronto will want to extend their losing runs.
It’s the first time these two sides have played each other in the history of either club, so it will be a momentous occasion as the Wolfpack look for their first victory in Super League.
Wigan so far sit in seventh place following a 16-10 triumph over Warrington and a 16-12 loss to Castleford last weekend whilst Toronto showed improvements in their 24-16 loss against Salford in round two, but still reside in second-bottom.
Wigan’s Amir Bourouh and Joe Bullock replace Sam Powell and Jake Shorrocks in Adrian Lam’s 21-man squad whilst Sonny-Bill Williams is absent from Brian McDermott’s 19-man squad following his return to New Zealand for the birth of his fourth child.
The Warriors to get back on the horse at home, but Toronto will push them all the way.
