Dominique Peyroux’s early try and Mark Kheirallah’s conversion put the visitors into a slender 6-0 lead at half-time.
Justin Sangare’s try and another Kheirallah kick made it 12-0 before Gareth Gale’s try, converted by Craig Hall, halved the deficit.
But Peyroux crossed again on the hour, Tony Gigot added a drop goal and Remi Casty ran in a fourth try to wrap up a comprehensive win for Toulouse Olympique in the table-topping clash.
Two tries from James Saltonstall helped Halifax Panthers to a 24-21 victory over Bradford Bulls.
James Woodburn-Hall, Greg Worthington and Liam Harris were also on the scoresheet with Brandon Pickersgill, Thomas Doyle, Brad England and Joe Brown replying for the Bulls along with a late George Flanagan drop goal.
Batley Bulldogs came from 16-6 down to beat Widnes Vikings 34-16 thanks to two tries from Elliott Hall.
The Vikings cancelled out Kieran Buchanan’s early try and led through two scores from Deon Cross and another by Danny Craven.
But Hall’s double and further scores from Alistair Leak, Dane Manning and Levi Edwards sealed victory for the Bulldogs.
Jack Hansen scored in the final seconds as bottom side Swinton Lions won a 22-18 thriller against Dewsbury Rams.

Owen Buckley went over after five minutes for the Lions but they trailed to tries from Matthew Fleming, Jon Magrin and Sam Day.
However, Louis Brogan, Mitch Cox and Hansen’s penalty drew them level before the latter’s late clincher.
Tries from Nikau Williams, Karl Dixon and Andrew Bulman and eight points from the boot of Lachlan Walmsley gave Whitehaven a 20-14 win over Newcastle Thunder.
Ukuma Ta’ai and Kieran Gill responded for the Thunder along with two conversions and a penalty from Josh Woods.
Late tries from Jarrod Sammut and Jacob Jones gave London Broncos a 30-20 win at Oldham.
Tries from Ryan Ince and Tyler Dupree, either side of one from Josh Walters, gave Oldham the advantage until Abbas Miski’s double, which sandwiched a try from Martin Reilly, kept the Broncos in the match.
Sammut hauled them level at 20-20 with five minutes remaining and Jones added their fifth try, with Chris Hankinson adding both conversions and a penalty.
Sheffield Eagles’ clash with York City Knights was postponed after members of the Eagles squad tested positive for coronavirus.
